Behold
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes what you can't do with a Behold short link or bio page. It applies to everyone who creates content on Behold, whether that content is a redirect destination, a bio page, or anything linked from one.
1. Malware, phishing, and deceptive links
Don't use Behold to host or link to malware, viruses, exploit kits, phishing pages, or destinations that misrepresent who you are or what a visitor will find when they click through. Short links and bio-page links must go where they claim to go.
2. Spam
Don't use Behold to distribute spam — bulk unsolicited messages, link farms, engagement-bait schemes, or content whose primary purpose is to manipulate search rankings, referral programs, or social platforms.
3. Illegal content
Don't use Behold to host or distribute content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where Behold operates, or to facilitate an illegal transaction, including the sale of illegal goods or services.
4. Impersonation
Don't create a page or profile that impersonates another person, business, or organization, or that misrepresents your affiliation with one.
5. Adult content and CSAM
Behold is not a platform for adult or sexually explicit content. Content that sexualizes minors in any way is never permitted, will be removed immediately, and will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
6. Infringing content
Don't use Behold to host or link to content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
7. Enforcement
If we determine that a short link, bio page, or account violates this policy, we may disable the specific content, suspend the account, or both — without prior notice, when necessary to prevent harm. A suspended account keeps access to its dashboard so it can be corrected; its public page and links stay disabled until the suspension is lifted.
8. Reports and appeals
To report content that violates this policy, or to appeal an enforcement action taken against your account, email support@beholdmy.link. Include the short link, page URL, or username involved and enough detail for us to review the decision.
